4 Ways to Make Veggies the Star of Taco Tuesday
Tacos aren’t exactly the healthiest meal, but for many of us, they’re hard to resist. The good news is, there are plenty of ways you can introduce more wholesome options into your menu. In fact, we’ve got some delicious, nutritious veggie-based recipes and side dish ideas that will enhance your Taco Tuesday and have everyone in the family diving in for seconds (or thirds). Sweet Corn and Black Bean Tacos
Who says you need meat to make tacos? Not us! This vegetarian option is bursting with mouthwatering flavor, and because it’s made with black beans, it’s also got lots of healthy, filling fiber.
