Shrimp, Broccoli, and Edamame Stir Fry

Who doesn’t love a good stir fry? Not only is it delicious, but it’s also a de-“light”-fully healthy option the whole family will enjoy. Start with some shrimp, some frozen broccoli florets, a bag of frozen edamame and some sliced water chestnuts. Add in your favorite Asian-inspired flavors, like soy sauce, ginger and sesame oil. Toss them in the wok and enjoy!

Spinach Tomato Orzo Soup

Nothing warms the soul quite like a piping hot bowl of hearty soup, and this one certainly won’t disappoint. Best of all, it starts with a package of frozen spinach, which makes it super-fast and easy to prepare. Sauté up some onion and garlic in a large soup pan, add canned tomatoes, spinach, two quarts each of vegetable/chicken stock and water. Bring to a boil, add in some orzo and cook until tender. Serve and enjoy. Yum!

Slow Cooker General Tso’s Chicken

Who needs takeout when you can make your own mouth-watering (and much healthier) version right at home?
