Cauliflower & Wild Rice Pilaf

  • 2 Tbl. Lightly Salted Butter
  • 2 each Bay Leaf
  • 2oz. Chicken or Vegetable Broth
  • 10 ½ oz. bag of Hanover Riced Cauliflower
  • 10 oz. Instant or Minute Wild Rice
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  1. Place the butter and bay leaves into a small sauce pan
  2. When the butter foams up add the broth
  3. Bring the broth to a boil add the cauliflower and bring back to a boil
  4. Add the wild rice stir until very hot season and serve
