Vegetable Pizza

  1. Dust your work surface with some flour. Roll out the dough to the shape of your baking sheet. Coat the baking sheet with olive oil and place dough on top.
  2. Spread ricotta cheese evenly across the dough. Season with salt and pepper and top with the vegetables, mushrooms and mozzarella cheese.
  3. Bake in a 425 degree oven for 14 minutes. Remove from oven. Slice and serve.
