INSTRUCTIONS
- Add garbanzo beans, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and salt into a food processor.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add cold water, one tablespoon at a time, until you reach your desired creamy consistency.
- Taste and adjust salt or lemon juice if needed.
- Spoon into a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and top with paprika, parsley, or whole chickpeas.
