Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia (excluding residents of Rhode Island), who are 18 years of age or older at the beginning of the Sweepstakes Period (as defined in Section 5), who have access to the internet and a valid email account and, if entering through Instagram as described below, who have or open an account on Instagram.com. Participants who wish to sign up for an Instagram account may visithttps://www.instagram.com/. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents (and their immediate family members or household members) of Sponsor (as defined in Section 12), its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and Hanover Foods licensees, franchisees, and their employees are ineligible to participate or win.
How to Enter the Sweepstakes
To receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes, during the Sweepstakes Period:
(a) follow (or be an existing follower of) the official Hanover Foods Instagram page (@HanoverFoods); and
(b) like and comment in the comments section of Hanover Foods’ Instagram post promoting this Sweepstakes ("Entry").
You may comment more than one time on Hanover Foods’ Instagram post promoting this Sweepstakes; however, doing so will not increase your odds of winning. You may also enter as described in the Alternative Means of Entry section below.
Alternative Means of Entry
To receive one (1) entry without following Hanover Foods’ Instagram page or liking or commenting on Hanover Foods’ Instagram post, during the Sweepstakes Period, email socialmedia@hanoverfoods.com with the subject line:
“Hanover Foods Kid Bean Giveaway Sweepstakes Entry”, and provide your full name, email address, complete mailing address, and daytime and evening telephone numbers (area code included).
Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on Afrom 10/17/2025 at 10:00am EST to 10/24/2025 at 10:00am EST.  (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeper.

Winner Selection and Notification
On or about October 24, 2025, winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received. Hanover Foods will notify winners by Instagram direct message and/or email.
