Ingredients
- 2 15.5 oz Cans HANOVER black beans, drained & rinsed
- 3/4 cup Salsa
- 4 cloves Minced Garlic Cloves
- 2 tsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 tsp water
- 1/4 cup Chopped Cilantro
Instructions
- Puree the black beans, salsa, garlic, lime juice, cumin, water and salt in the bowl of a food processor until smooth
- Add the cilantro and pulse until just combined.
- Serve with your favorite tortilla chips or raw vegetables.
