Ingredients
  • 1 1/3 cups thawed frozen Hanover Sweet Peas
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/4  cup warm water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 cloves of garlic (chopped)
Instructions
  1. Place peas, parsley, tahini, warm water, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and garlic in a mini food processor; process until smooth.
  2. Blend in more water, 1 Tbsp. at a time, if hummus is too thick
  3. Serve with raw vegetables
