INSTRUCTIONS

Instructions

  1. Combine all Hanover beans in a large bowl.
  2. Add red onion and peppers.
  3. Pour in dressing and vinegar, toss thoroughly.
  4. Chill for at least 2 hours.
  5. Add the olives and feta before serving and toss to combine. Add a splash more dressing if necessary.
  6. Serve!

  • Two 15.5-ounce cans Hanover Navy Beans, rinsed
  • Two 15.5-ounce Hanover Chickpeas, rinsed
  • 1½ cups diced red onion
  • 2 cups diced green, yellow or red bell pepper
  • 1 cup pitted Kalamata olives, reserved
  • 1 4–6-ounce container of crumbled feta cheese, reserved
  • 1 cup Greek dressing
  • 2 TBSP white vinegar
