INSTRUCTIONS
Instructions
- Combine all Hanover beans in a large bowl.
- Add red onion and peppers.
- Pour in dressing and vinegar, toss thoroughly.
- Chill for at least 2 hours.
- Add the olives and feta before serving and toss to combine. Add a splash more dressing if necessary.
- Serve!

- Two 15.5-ounce Hanover Chickpeas, rinsed
- 1½ cups diced red onion
- 2 cups diced green, yellow or red bell pepper
- 1 cup pitted Kalamata olives, reserved
- 1 4–6-ounce container of crumbled feta cheese, reserved
- 1 cup Greek dressing
- 2 TBSP white vinegar
