Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. To serve chilled, refrigerate for 2 hours
  3. To serve warm, bake at 350°F for 25 minutes
  4. This recipe can be easily doubled and warmed in a crockpot or slow cooker
  5. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers

  • 1 39oz can Hanover Whole Kernel Golden Sweet Corn (drained)
  • 1 16oz container sour cream (2 Cups)
  • 1½ cups shredded cheese
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 4oz can diced green chiles (2 4oz cans if prefer spicier)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  •  Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro, or jalapeno can also be added if you are a fan.
