INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Wash and slice strawberries.
- Combine pretzels, brown sugar and melted butter.
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and then spread the pretzels mixture on the sheet in an even layer.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes and watch it carefully so it doesn’t burn.
- Remove from oven, stir, and set aside to cool.
- Whip the cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla together until it’s fluffy.
- Gently fold in whipped topping.
- Layer the cream cheese, fruit, another layer of cream cheese and pretzels in a serving dish or into cups. You can also serve in separate bowls and let your guests put the dessert together.
- Top with an extra tub of Cool Whip or whipped cream if desired.

Ingredients
Pretzel Layer
- 4 cups Wege salted little pretzels or sticks, roughly crushed
- 1 ½ sticks (¾ cup) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup brown sugar
Cream Cheese Layer
- Two 8 oz packages of cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- Two 8 oz tubs of Cool Whip
Fruit Layer
- 3 cups fresh strawberries, diced
- 1 cup fresh whipped cream or extra thawed whipped topping (for garnish)
