Spicy Crab Soup

  • 1 (32 oz) bag of Hanover Foods Vegetables for Soup
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 cups tomato juice
  • 1 (15 oz) can of tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of beef bouillon granules
  • 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons of seafood seasoning
  • 1 pound of crab meat
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Hot Sauce, to taste
  1. Add vegetables to water, bring to boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for an additional 20-30 minutes before serving.
  2. Garnish. Serves 4.
